David Holmes has extensive experience in learning and development roles. David started their career as a Training Consultant at Wells Fargo in 2004. In 2005, they joined Bank of America as a VP of Training, where they were responsible for managing sales training for the B2B Wholesale Lending division. From 2008 onwards, they worked at State National Companies as the Director of Learning & Development, focusing on developing and implementing sales and service enablement tools through the use of analytics. David Holmes obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Baker College in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from the University of Central Missouri.
