David Holmes

David Holmes has extensive experience in learning and development roles. David started their career as a Training Consultant at Wells Fargo in 2004. In 2005, they joined Bank of America as a VP of Training, where they were responsible for managing sales training for the B2B Wholesale Lending division. From 2008 onwards, they worked at State National Companies as the Director of Learning & Development, focusing on developing and implementing sales and service enablement tools through the use of analytics. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in driving learning strategies, leadership development, and sales training.

David Holmes obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Baker College in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from the University of Central Missouri. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Crucial Conversations from Crucial Learning.
