Donna Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna started their career at Delta Air Lines in 2000 as a Reservations Supervisor, and later moved on to Daimler Financial in 2006, where they served as a Customer Service/Collections Supervisor. In 2009, they joined Workforce Network Incorporated as a WIA Intake Specialist, conducting workshops and matching job applicants with potential employers. Donna then moved to Workforce Solutions/C2GPS in 2012, working as a Business Services Representative, maintaining business partnerships, and coordinating hiring events. Donna most recently worked at State National Companies (SNC) as an Administrative Assistant to the VP Underwriting, responsible for budget and expense reporting, claims and executive reporting, and meeting arrangement. Throughout their various roles, Donna gained proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, InDesign, and CRM, and developed skills in event planning for large-scale gatherings.
Donna Reed attended Montgomery College from 1974 to 1977, where they pursued a liberal arts program. From 1977 to 1981, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies/Social Work.
