Shannara has extensive experience with the State of Alaska, serving in various technical roles since 1998, currently as an Analyst Programmer V supervising a team of four. Previous positions include Database Specialist III and several Analyst Programmer roles, focusing on database management, application maintenance, and system upgrades using technologies such as C#, Java, and several database systems. Additionally, Shannara has authored multiple projects through self-publishing since 1992. Education includes a high school diploma from Juneau-Douglas High School, obtained in 1996.
