Spring Sibayan

Spring Sibayan is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in computer and network systems. Currently serving as a Computer and Network Specialist for the State of Alaska since September 2020, Spring has previously held roles such as IT Consultant at Peninsula Powersports, where strategic guidance on technology and IT infrastructures was provided. Prior experience includes working at Kenai Peninsula College for a decade in various IT roles, including IS Network Technician, where network support and maintenance of complex systems were key responsibilities. Spring's earlier experience includes working as a Fish and Wildlife Technician 2 for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and has foundational education from Kenai Peninsula College and Soldotna High School.
