Alison Givens

Alison Givens is an accomplished Information Technology Specialist - Lead at the State of California's Office of Systems Integration, with a focus on Child Welfare Digital Services since April 2014, following prior experience as an Information Technology Associate in the same office. Alison has a diverse background in graphic design and technical management, having worked at Sacramento Public Library as the Technical and Graphic Design Lead, where responsibilities included co-managing tech volunteers and developing training materials. Earlier roles at Gap Inc. involved graphic design and visual merchandising, where Alison managed substantial budgets and was recognized for excellence in marketing efforts. In addition to a BA in History from UCLA, Alison holds a BFA in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts.
