Brandon Carter

Brandon Carter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in audit management and technical recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Audit Manager for the State of California since October 2013, Brandon has held various roles involving auditing through multiple governmental agencies, including the State Controller’s Office. Recently, Brandon worked as a Senior Technical Talent Executive at Paraform, focusing on filling complex technical roles, and held Account Executive positions at Code Report and HeartCentrix Solutions, which specialized in technical screening and heart-centered IT staffing, respectively. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has previously attended Old Dominion University and Sacramento City College, earning degrees in Business Management and an Associate of Arts.
