David Milhoan

David Milhoan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as the CEO of Sure Lock Homes Group since July 2017, David focuses on providing IT and data security solutions to small business owners in the Sacramento, Sutter, and Placer counties. Concurrently, David has been a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead for the State of California since January 2002, specializing in software architecture and technical requirements management. Prior to these roles, David was the CEO of Milhoan Investment Services from March 2010 to March 2017, concentrating on rehab and rental property investments, and worked as a programmer at Claims Management Inc from March 2000 to December 2002, gaining foundational software engineering skills.
