Elaine Wallace has extensive experience in both academia and law enforcement. Since January 2007, Elaine has served as part-time Faculty in the College of Criminal Justice and Security at the University of Phoenix, where responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, presenting course material, mentoring students, and conducting training for new instructors. In parallel, Elaine has been with the State of California since August 1989, holding the position of Lieutenant in the Stockton Area. Duties encompass managing personnel, leading operational initiatives, budgeting, and promoting community relations, while also handling administrative tasks including departmental audits and legal matters. Elaine holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of La Verne and a BA in Criminal Justice from California State University-Sacramento.
