Mona Dougherty

Mona Dougherty is a seasoned professional in water resource management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resource Control Engineer at the State of California Regional Water Board since November 2011, Mona previously worked as a Water Resources Control Engineer at the North Coast Regional Water Quality Board from July 2000 to October 2011. Mona Dougherty holds a degree from Humboldt State University, where studies were completed between 1994 and 2000.
