Sean O'Dowd

Sean O'Dowd is an experienced attorney currently serving as Attorney III at the ABC Appeals Board of the State of California since February 2019, with a focus on quasi-judicial administrative reviews of Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control decisions. O'Dowd also holds the rank of Major in the United States Army Reserve since March 2017, providing legal counsel on military justice and administrative law matters.
