Tracy Keith

Tracy Keith is a Senior Information Systems Analyst with the State of California since March 2017. Previously, Tracy held the position of Program Manager at Data Recognition Corporation from November 2015 to July 2016 and served in various roles, including Program Manager and Project Manager, at CTB/McGraw-Hill and The McGraw Hill Companies from January 1997 to November 2015. Tracy's early experience includes an internship at the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in 1994-1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (1993-1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara (1979-1983).
