Yuliya Golovey

Yuliya Golovey is an experienced IT management professional currently serving as IT Manager II with the State of California since April 2022, having previously held the position of IT Manager I. Yuliya's tenure with the State of California spans from 2008 to 2022, during which Yuliya progressed through various roles including IT Supervisor II, IT Specialist, Information Systems Analyst (Specialist), Associate Governmental Program Analyst, Staff Services Analyst, and Manager I.
