Paul Philpott

Paul Philpott is an experienced executive with a strong background in healthcare and health insurance. Currently serving as Director and Vice Chair of Access Health CT since March 2013, Paul provides strategic oversight to the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange. As Principal Consultant at Quo Vadis Advisers since 2010, Paul specializes in strategic marketing, distribution, and product development, particularly within the Medicare Advantage sector. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ConnectiCare from 2000 to 2009, where Paul led the development and launch of Medicare Advantage products, and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at HealthNet from 1993 to 2000, driving service area expansion. Early career experiences include positions at New York Life/SANUS Health Plan and FHP/UltraLink. Paul holds qualifications including Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College of Financial Services, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of La Verne and undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
