Carlos Rebollo

Carlos Rebollo serves as a Broward County Circuit Court Judge since December 2007, overseeing cases in the 17th Judicial Circuit, including Criminal and Juvenile matters. Prior to this role, Carlos Rebollo practiced as a solo attorney with a focus on State and Federal Criminal Defense from August 2007 to December 2007. From September 1988 to August 2007, Carlos Rebollo held multiple positions at the Broward State Attorney's Office, culminating in a role as Senior Supervisor in the Felony Trial Unit, specializing in various prosecutorial areas including Career Criminal, Organized Crime, and Homicide. Earlier in Carlos Rebollo's career, Carlos worked at the Essex County Prosecutor's Office from June 1986 to August 1988, where responsibilities included handling cases in Municipal and Juvenile Courts, as well as the Felony Division. Carlos Rebollo earned a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark.
