Lisa Cole-Hayes

Lisa Cole-Hayes has over 13 years of work experience in various healthcare organizations. Lisa started their career in 2010 as a Donor Services Recruiter at Marsh Regional Blood Center, where they worked until 2012. In the same year, they joined Mountain States Health Alliance as a Physician Relations Manager and served in that role until 2018. In 2012, they also started working as a Physician Integration Manager at Ballad Health, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Lisa is a Business Development Manager at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates.

Lisa Cole-Hayes obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Lisa has also obtained a certification called "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in May 2022.
