Robert Slattery

Robert S. Slattery serves as the CEO of State of Franklin Healthcare Associates since November 2022, leading a physician-led Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that emphasizes patient care across the mid-south region. Prior to this role, Robert founded Allons!Health, where services included healthcare system advisory and population health management from 2016 to 2022. Robert has also held key leadership positions as Regional Vice President and COO of Bridgton Hospital & Rumford Hospital and as President and CEO of Integrated Solutions Health Networks and CrestPoint Health. With a strong foundation in healthcare management, Robert has been recognized for contributions to various healthcare organizations, including BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as VP and GM of the SeniorCare Division. Robert holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
