Tracy Conboy

Tracy Conboy has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy is currently working as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Blue Ridge Community Health Center from November 2017.

Tracy also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates from November 2012 to November 2017. Before that, they worked at Kelly Services as a Senior Staffing Supervisor from July 2009 to November 2012.

In their earlier career, Tracy worked as a Professional Recruiter at Aerotek from September 2007 to July 2009. Tracy'sresponsibilities included staffing positions across various industries and skill sets while maintaining high levels of staffing and maximizing quality. Tracy also held the role of Business Manager at Tan 2000 from October 2002 to August 2007.

Tracy Conboy obtained their Honors Degree in Honors from Cumberland County High School, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Tracy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at East Tennessee State University from 1999 to 2005. Tracy later decided to further their education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Milligan College from 2015 to 2016.
