Wayne Layugan is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in technology and engineering roles. Since December 2014, Wayne has been with High Technology Development Corporation, contributing to various project management initiatives. Additionally, Wayne has served as an Advanced Repair Agent and Computer Consultant at Geeksquad since November 2009, delivering technical support and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience includes work as a Process/Photolithography Engineer at Advanced Photonic Integrated Circuits from September 2011 to December 2014, focusing on Silicon-Photonic research and development in a cleanroom fabrication facility, where Wayne specialized in photolithography tools. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
