Justin Lam

Justin Lam, R.N., currently serves as President of Waimānalo Health Center and holds the position of Vice President of the Board of Directors. In April 2025, Justin will begin an adjunct instructor role at the University of Hawaii-West Oahu. Since January 2018, Justin has been a State Licensing Section Supervisor and Acting OHCA Chief for the State of Hawaii. Additionally, from June 2019 to December 2023, Justin was President of the Hawaii Department of Corrections. As an active member of the HGEA - AFSCME Union Local 152 AFL-CIO, Justin served as the Political Action Committee Chairman from August 2020 to June 2023 and was the HGEA unit 9 State Board President from July 2019 to June 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of the HGEA unit 9 State Board of Directors and Chairman of the HGEA Unit 9 Oahu Division. Before these positions, Justin was a Nurse Consultant for the State of Hawaii Department of Health from September 2015 to January 2018.
