Laura Leialoha McIntyre Murp

Laura Leialoha McIntyre, MURP, AICP, has extensive experience in urban and regional planning, currently serving as Manager and Senior Planner for the State of Hawaii since January 2012. Prior roles include working as a Representative at Primerica, where responsibilities involved internal controls and client servicing, and as Vice President at Integrated Financial Planning, focusing on financial advising and decision management. Laura's planning expertise was further honed as Planner II for the City of Gilroy, managing master planning and zoning changes, and through various strategic and environmental planning positions at organizations such as Tourism Australia, GROUP 70 International, and Tourism New South Wales. Laura obtained a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from UC Irvine.
