R. Kalani Fronda

R. Kalani Fronda, CCIM, currently serves as the Acting Division Administrator for the DHHL Land Development Division at the State of Hawaiʻi, leading the development of significant community areas and coordinating various critical efforts including planning and engineering. Prior to this role, Fronda was the Special Projects Team Lead for the Real Estate Rapid Development Team in the DHHL Office of the Chairman, as well as a Senior Associate at Premier Financial Alliance. Fronda has extensive experience in land asset management, having held leadership positions at the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kamehameha Schools, and various property management roles in different organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Communication from Whitworth University, alongside a high school diploma from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus.
