Brian Piper has extensive experience in law enforcement and operations management. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Operations at The Howarter Consulting Group, Ltd. since August 2014, Brian has also been a Special Advisor for Criminal Intelligence & Anti-Gang at InterPort Police, a global organization working with air and seaports and various international law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Brian has been a Correctional Officer for the State of Illinois since March 1999 and previously held roles at The Gang Professionals Company, including Central Region Director and Central Region Assistant Director. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration/Sociology from Western Illinois University, completed in 1999.
