Eric Hughes, MPA, MS, has extensive experience in juvenile justice and child welfare within the State of Illinois, holding positions such as Juvenile Justice Specialist and Child Welfare Specialist since November 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher for the Little Rock School District from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing classroom activities and grading assessments.
