Marcus C. Evans

Marcus C. Evans, Jr. currently serves as the State Representative for the 33rd District in the State of Illinois since April 2012. Prior to this role, Marcus held the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Chicago from October 2006 to April 2012. Marcus also has experience in real estate appraisal, having worked as an Associate Real Estate Appraiser at O’Brien & Weinstein from February 2018 to January 2023 and at National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc. from January 2023 to March 2024. Educationally, Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Chicago State University.
