Lauren Peritore

Lauren Peritore currently serves as the Employee Experience Program Director for the State of Indiana since March 2024, following a tenure as Senior Services Project Manager at UKG from June 2021 to February 2024. Notably, Lauren has been a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society since April 2021. Previous experience includes an internship at Allegion, PLC, where Lauren contributed to the implementation of reference guides for a new leave of absence process. Leadership roles at Purdue University involved co-presidency and vice presidency within the Women in Business organization, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and community service initiatives. Lauren's early career includes mentoring underclassmen at Purdue University and interning with Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, where significant professional development events were successfully organized. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University, earned in 2021.
