Marcus Turner has over two decades of experience in public service and engineering. Since July 2009, Marcus has been the Chief Technical Advisor in the Water & Wastewater Division at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission. Concurrently, Marcus has served on the Town Council of Avon, Indiana, holding the position of Council President multiple times from 2014 to 2019, and also participating in various local commissions including the Avon Plan Commission and the Avon Redevelopment Commission. His prior roles include Project Manager positions at GRW and American Consulting, as well as Assistant Project Engineer at ADS Environmental Services. Marcus holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Indianapolis.
