Praveen Kasineni

Praveen Kasineni is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead Developer with a strong background in CRM implementation and customization. Currently employed by the State of Indiana since June 2018, Praveen has been integral in migrating SQL data to Dynamics 365, effectively mapping CRM entities and SQL tables while customizing various CRM features. Prior experience includes a role as a CRM Developer at Savers | Value Village, where involvement in the implementation of Dynamics CRM 2016 encompassed sales and service modules, plugin development, and REST API calls. Praveen began a career at Microsoft, focusing on customizing functionality within the unified service desk solution using C#, WPF, and JavaScript. Praveen holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton.
