Facilities Management

The Facilities Management team at the State of Iowa is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the infrastructure and physical spaces owned or leased by the state. This includes managing design and construction projects, coordinating lease and space allocations, maintaining grounds and facilities, processing mail, and handling custodial duties. The team ensures that all state facilities are safe, functional, and conducive to the needs of state employees and the public.
