Dave Pascarella

Dave Pascarella is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Director of the MaineIT Cloud Center of Excellence since December 2022, where the focus is on developing and implementing MaineIT’s Multi-Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud strategy in collaboration with state government agencies. Previously, Dave held various roles at the State of Maine, including Deputy Director of Network Security, where leadership was provided to a team concentrating on Network Security Services, and Manager of Network Service Performance Monitoring, focusing on network connectivity and a variety of technical tools. Additional experience includes serving as Team Lead in the Office of Information Technology and Acting Director of Client Technology Services, where management encompassed diverse departments and oversight during the COVID response. Dave holds an A.A.S. in Multimedia Production and an EMT-Basic certification from Southern Maine Community College.
