Janette Kirk

Janette Kirk is an experienced educational administrator currently serving in various leadership roles within the State of Maine since June 2014, including Chief of Federal Programs and Chief of Learning Systems. Responsibilities encompass coordinating ESEA Federal Programs, ensuring compliance with the Every Student Succeeds Act, and overseeing Title I operations, finances, and program implementation for schools and districts. Previously, Janette held positions at The Salvation Army from August 2001 to June 2014, specializing in outreach ministries and managing after-school programs, while also developing youth programming.
