Jessica Ford

Jessica Ford currently serves as Chief Negotiator for the State of Maine, focusing on employee relations, collective bargaining, and personnel investigations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Labor Relations Specialist at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works and various positions in labor relations, including Union Representative for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. Jessica's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and an Associate of Arts from Eastern Gateway Community College. Currently, Jessica is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
