Jim Lopatosky

Jim Lopatosky currently serves as the Director of Contract Management for the Department of Health and Human Services at the State of Maine, a position held since March 2013, following a tenure as Deputy Director in the same department. With extensive experience in the State of Maine's government, Jim has also held roles including Associate CIO and Information Technology Director, overseeing application development, IT service delivery, and strategic planning for the Executive Branch and the Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to his state service, Jim worked as a Developer at Aetna and was active as a Board Member of the Northeast Oracle Users Group. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Thomas College and two Associate degrees from Waterbury State Technical College in Data Processing and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
