Lincoln Oliver-O'Neil

Lincoln Oliver-O'Neil currently serves as an Environmental Protection Specialist at the US Environmental Protection Agency and has multiple roles including Mediator for the Maine Agricultural Mediation Program and Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Services. In previous positions, Lincoln worked as a PFAS Navigator, connecting agricultural producers with resources and securing over $10,000 in grants, and served as a farm hand and activity lead in educational programs. Lincoln's background includes environmental stewardship with the Maine Conservation Corps and Midcoast Conservancy, as well as experience in solar energy design and installation with Sunrun. Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and a NABCEP Solar Associate Certification from Laney College.
