Lisa Nosel

Lisa Nosel has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the System Section Manager for Application Development at the State of Maine since June 2020. Previously, Lisa held various leadership roles at The Jackson Laboratory from July 2014 to March 2020, including Director of IT Portfolio Management and Director of IT Enterprise Applications, where Lisa led transformative initiatives to enhance agile processes and align IT with strategic goals. Prior roles include the Director of Enterprise PMO at Eastern Maine Medical Center, where Lisa significantly increased project portfolio size and effectiveness. Additional experience encompasses key leadership positions at SourceMed, Northern Maine Medical Center, and Northern Maine Credit Union, showcasing a proven ability to drive organizational efficiency and deliver strategic outcomes. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Maine at Fort Kent and further education from Villanova University.
