Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Systems Section Manager for Enterprise Shared Services at the State of Maine, a role that includes managing three teams to support IT needs across various departments since July 2021. Previously, Michael held positions as Acting IT Systems Section Manager and Systems Analyst within the same department. Prior to joining the State of Maine, Michael worked as a Senior System Analyst at Wheaton College Massachusetts and as an Applications Systems Analyst at Boston College, where responsibilities included providing support for University Advancement and overseeing software analysis. Earlier experience also includes serving as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Optimal-Partners, managing IT solutions for multiple departments. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Boston College and completed the Business Analyst Certificate Program at Bryant University.
