Ramona du Houx is an experienced communications professional and leader with a diverse background in nonprofit management, public relations, and the arts. Serving as the Director of Communications for Elected Officials to Protect America since November 2019, Ramona also holds the position of President and Co-owner at the Solon Center for Research and Publishing, which fosters community growth in Maine through arts and education. Ramona directs Fukurou, a gallery established under the Solon Center, and operates a consultancy through Insights, specializing in public relations and supporting Maine artists. Additionally, Ramona has contributed significantly to Maine Insights, a statewide news magazine, and has co-owned Polar Bear & Company to promote literature and art. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Photography, Art, and Writing from Friends World College.
