Whitney Higgins

Whitney Higgins currently serves as an Information Security Associate/Management Analyst for the State of Maine, where responsibilities include managing the implementation and maintenance of security awareness training for approximately 13,000 state employees using KnowBe4. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Automation Engineer at First Citizens Bank and Zenergy Technologies, as well as roles in automation and quality assurance at companies such as Vitalant, Insight Global, AIM Consulting Group, Public Consulting Group, General Motors, MetLife, and Calvert Labs. Whitney holds a Master's Degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from Grand Canyon University and two degrees from Penn State University: a Bachelor's of Science in Information Sciences and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Photography.
