Christina Carlson

Christina Carlson currently serves as the Park Manager at Janes Island State Park since June 2021, while also holding a long-standing position at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources - Park Service since May 2003, where roles have included Maryland Park Ranger, Marketing, Tourism Relations, Outreach, Social Media Manager, Veterans Programs, Volunteer and Citizen Advocacy Manager, and Eastern Shore Nature Tourism Coordinator. In addition, Christina served as the Veteran Coordinator for Jim Zumbo Outdoors from 2007 to 2012. Educationally, Christina completed studies at Wor-Wic Community College from 1988 to 1992.
