Heather English Pla

Heather English PLA, ASLA is a seasoned Landscape Architect with extensive experience in both private and public sector projects. Currently, Heather serves as a member of the Maryland State Board of Examiners for Landscape Architects and works at STV as a Landscape Architect since November 2020. Prior roles include positions at AECOM and Stantec, where responsibilities encompassed on-site consulting and project management for the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration. Additional experience includes landscape design roles at WH Boyer, Inc., Homestead Gardens, Inc., and Bignell Watkins Hasser Architects, contributing to a robust portfolio in landscape architecture. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland.
