Heidi Foster

Heidi Foster possesses extensive experience in the field of parole and probation, currently serving as a Parole and Probation Officer Field Supervisor I for the State of Maryland since August 2013. Previous roles within the same organization include Parole & Probation Agent Senior, Parole & Probation Agent II, and Probation and Parole Officer. Prior to this, Heidi worked as a Loss Prevention Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores from November 2011 to August 2013 and completed an internship with the Public Defender in May 2008. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Mount Saint Mary's University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Hagerstown Community College, with additional coursework completed at Shepherd University.
