Helen R. Rogers

Helen R. Rogers currently serves as the Deputy Director of Federal Relations under Governor Wes Moore in the State of Maryland. Prior to this role, Helen gained experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, specifically within the Administration on Children and Families. Earlier in Helen's career, a budget internship was completed at the Maryland Department of Legislative Services, and a health internship was undertaken with the United States Senate's Health, Education, Labor, & Pensions Committee.
