Lori Pinson

Lori Pinson serves as the Director of Procurement for the State of Maryland since September 2015, following a role as Sr. Procurement Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Buyer II at the University of Maryland University College from November 2009 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing procurement for IT and non-IT goods and services. Additional roles include Administrative Coordinator for Professional Development at the American Medical Directors Association and various positions in appraisal and education settings. Lori Pinson holds a Master's Candidate degree in Management, Acquisition, and Supply Chain Management, a Graduate Certificate in the same field, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Sciences, alongside an Associate degree in Sociology/General Studies.
