Sarah Ruehle

Sarah Ruehle serves as the Data Governance Coordinator for the Maryland Department of Health, having established the agency's first Data Governance Program. Previous roles include Executive Associate to Maryland Secretary of Health, Dennis Schrader, where Sarah managed multifaceted projects amidst the COVID-19 response. Additional experience includes crisis counseling at the Help Center at the University of Maryland, volunteer work at the University of Maryland Medical Center, research assistance, and leadership in various health and educational initiatives. Sarah holds multiple degrees from the University of Maryland and a certificate in Data Science Essentials from Cornell University, showcasing a diverse background in biology, psychology, and data science.
