Comer's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Administrative Law Judge in Indiana, an Attorney at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, and various roles as an Associate Attorney and law clerk. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Management from Indiana University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
