Christy Story

Christy Story currently serves as the Apprenticeship and Work-Based Learning Program Coordinator at the State of Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development since August 2023. Prior to this role, Christy has held multiple positions within the State of Missouri, including Benefit Eligibility Senior Specialist, Change Request Coordinator, and Workforce Development Specialist from February 2016 to present. Christy also briefly filled the Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning Program Coordinator position in August 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Receptionist for Kindred Healthcare from July 2014 to January 2016 and serving as Branch Manager at Because We Care from October 2012 to June 2014. Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University.
