Crystal Wessing

Crystal Wessing serves as the Director of General Services for the State of Missouri, a position held since September 2000. In this role, Crystal fosters strategic relationships to assist state agencies in utilizing OA services effectively, aligning with OA CARES values. Previous roles include Client Services Manager for ITSD and Director of Financial & Administrative Services, where Crystal managed a $270 million budget and a team of 35, implemented policy decisions, and improved operational efficiencies. Additionally, Crystal has served as the Chair, Vice Chair, and member of the Board of Trustees for the Missouri State Employees' Retirement System since January 2015. Crystal holds an MBA from Jones International University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
