Evelyn Chapman

Evelyn Chapman is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer service, education management, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Benefit Program Technician for the State of Missouri since August 2025, Evelyn previously held the position of Adult Education Manager at the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois and has experience as a Retail Specialist at Starbucks. Additional roles include Secretary at First Christian Church, Summer Camp/After School Counselor and Summer Camp Coordinator at YMCA of the USA, and various positions in the food service industry.
