Garry Brix

Garry Brix has extensive experience in communications and graphic design, currently serving as the Public Information Officer for the Missouri Department of Corrections since March 2014, where responsibilities include creating content for various platforms and handling media inquiries. Previously, Garry worked at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a Graphic Designer and Communications Assistant, and as a Dental Clinic Manager at the Community Health Center of Central Missouri. Garry also operated as an Entrepreneur, running an Etsy shop and completing mural projects, and held positions in graphic design at Capital Region Medical Center and Missouri Vocational Enterprises. Academic achievements include an MBA from William Woods University and a BFA from the University of Central Missouri.
