Nicole Hardeman-Swindle

Nicole Hardeman-Swindle currently serves as the Lead, Military and Family Readiness Specialist with the State of Nevada, focusing on support for Soldiers and their families within the Nevada Army National Guard as well as local veterans. Previous roles include Victim/Witness Coordinator at the Carson City District Attorney’s office and various positions in the U.S. Navy Reserve, where extensive training and administrative duties were performed. Nicole’s military experience encompasses over nine years as a Master at Arms in the US Navy, specializing in security, training, and administrative functions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and a degree in Early European Studies from American Military University.
