Jerry Zaro

Jerry Zaro is a member at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. since 2010, specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Corporate, Governmental Affairs, and General Litigation. Zaro contributes to the Governor's Restart and Recovery Advisory Council in New Jersey and serves as a trustee and former chairman at Gateway Development Corporation. Previously, Zaro held the cabinet-level position of Chief of the Office of Economic Growth in New Jersey, focused on developing business incentives, and was a board member of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. Zaro has also been a commissioner for the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and chairman of the New Jersey Highway Authority. With an extensive legal background, Zaro was president and managing partner at Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron until 2010. Zaro holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boston University.
